Description
Front elevation of Ironmongers' Hall, Fenchurch Street, City of London. The livery hall of the Ironmongers Company was built in 1745. During WWI, on 7 July 1917, there was a raid by around twenty German aeroplanes and the hall was damaged by a bomb. After the war, the site was sold and the building demolished.
