The White Horse Public House, Poplar High Street, Tower Hamlets. View of a horse-drawn dray wagon with two dray-drivers. Behind them is the two-storey brick building operating as the White Horse In the middle is the name of the Public House, and above a relief of a white horse. The stand-alone sign for the Public House includes a statute of a horse. The Public House managed by Trumans. Besides the pub are two smaller two-storey houses, the wooden one operating as a shop. The brick building includes a dormer window in the roof. Although the Public House was demolished in the the early twenty-first-century, the inn sign survives and is Grade II listed, List Entry Number 1065068.
