Description
Lieutenant General Sir Robert Baden-Powell, (1857–1941, on the right) founded the Boy Scout Movement in 1908. Reginald Brabazon, Earl of Meath (1841–1929, left), was Scout Commissioner for Ireland from 1911 to 1928.
