The premises, seen in vacant possession, were formerly a Reliant car services and a tobacconist's and/or off licence. Posters on the boarded-up windows advertise entertainment and acts appearing at the Groovesville Club at the Wake Arms, Cook Ferry Inn and the Walthamstow Assembly Hall music venues which include Steam Hammer, Hardin and York, Supertramp, Daddy Longlegs and Sounds for Swingers. The building has since been demolished and replaced by four-storey government offices housing the local Job Centre Plus.
