Description
View of Robert Chidley Limited Rootes Group car dealership at 660 to 658 Tottenham High Road on the corner with Hampden Lane, looking east. The building has since been demolished and replaced by a mixed used development of shops and flats named Tom Dove Place. The windows have a large sign-written advertisement for Hillman Avenger cars. Vehicles parked at the roadside include a Ford Cortina Mark I, modified to resemble a Lotus model, and a Vauxhall Viva HB estate.
