Description
Front elevations of The Little House and The Hermitage, London Road, Harrow on the Hill. Nineeteenth-century building with Gothic architectural details. Sign on the right points to Bowden House; it was established in 1911 by Dr Hugh Crichton-Miller (1877-1959), an early pioneer in the recognition and treatment of neurosis, who later founded the Tavistock Clinic.
