A view of the front elevations of buildings at 4-7 William IV Street, Westminster, including the Final public house at number 6. The building has two or three storeys of other accommodation above the retail premises on the ground floor. At number 7 is a cafe restaurant with a Coca-Cola advertisement outside. The Final has a Watney's Red Barrel beer advertisement outside. At 4-5 is Thomas Bland & Sons, a gunmaker. A Ford Corsair car with registration number FGJ553C is parked in the street. A male pedestrian is on the pavement outside the Final. The building is part of a triangular block dating from 1830-32, designed by John Nash and bounded by William IV Street, Adelaide Street and Strand which was Grade II* listed in 1969; listing number 1237040. Parts of the block were rebuilt in the 1970s by Frederick Gibberd for Coutts Bank.
