A view of buildings at 21-24 Carnaby Street, Soho which are all Grade II listed, listing numbers respectively 1066325; 1357274; 1292439 and 1066326. On the right of the photograph is the turning into Ganton Street and three and four-storey early nineteenth-century buildings at 2-12 Ganton Street are visible. Businesses occupying the buildings in Carnaby Street include the rag merchant A. Joseph at number 21 with signs displaying his services in the window and Donis at number 23 selling menswear. Above the shop is a sign which reads 'MANS DONIS SHOP' and a flag banner reads 'Donis Leisure Wear'. Other signs can be seen on the corner of Ganton Street one of which reads 'A. Joseph Woollen cuttings' and another 'Mallard Hats'. Other shop fronts can be seen up to Marlborough Court on the left. At the end of Ganton Street is the front of a four-storey building and its taller neighbour can be glimpsed, the Grade II listed, listing number 1239704, Marshall Street Baths in Marshall Street. The front of a van can also be seen in Ganton Street. The majority of the buildings still exist.
