Description
A view across the railings and trees of Stepney Green Gardens, Stepney, with parked cars in the foreground, including a Ford Capri and a Morris Minor. Stepney Green Dwellings and Milrood House can be seen beyond the park. Stepney Green Dwellings, a tenement block built in 1896, were erected by the Four Per Cent Industrial Dwellings Company to provide housing for the poor, including many Jews.
