Description
Interior view at 177 Borough High Street, Southwark. A narrow late-seventeenth century building with a twentieth-century façade. The staircase has solid moulded strings, turned balusters on vases, square-capped, square newels and a plain handrail. Wood panelling on the wall has been painted. In the 1920s this was occupied by Boutle & Drewett Ltd, woollen drapers. The building is Grade II listed, number 1378365. Number 175 and 177 have been combined as offices and are known as Delta House.
