View of Penryn Street, Camden, looking south past the terraces of newly refurbished houses towards the site huts of JL Eve Construction on the vacant plot in Platt Street and, possibly, buildings of the Hampden Residential Club, the former 400+ bed British Railways Hostel (later developed by Camden Council) beyond. Vehicles at the road side include a Ford Capri Mk I, a Ford Cortina Mk II estate, A Morris Minor Traveller, possibly, an Austin J4 van and an Austin Westminster A110. The street has paling fencing at the end of the street as part of the Greater London Council's rehabilitation project undertaken by Kenny and Reynolds Ltd in Platt, Penryn and Medburn Streets evident by the developer's board on the west side pavement.
