A view of a small garden with benches and planting in Charrington Street, Somers Town. The raised planting area has been planted with shrubs and sapling trees, some still with the labels. Some children are playing on swings and several other people are seen nearby. On one garden a person in flared trousers is walking a dog. In the distance on the right hand side of Charrington Street are three blocks of Victorian houses, which still exist. In front of the nearest block is a portable toilet with some people nearby and a bulldozer is manoeuvring in the road. In the distance is Crowndale Court, a local authority housing block in Werrington Street, later renamed as part of Chalcot Street, which still exists. Parked in Charrington Street near the gardens is a Morris Minor Traveller car.
