Description
A view of a small garden with benches and planting in Charrington Street, Somers Town. The image shows a man and a woman sitting on a bench and another man walking towards the camera. Behind the couple a person is lying on another bench and further away more people are sitting on a further bench. Behind them are temporary buildings. In the distance on the right hand side of Charrington Street are three blocks of Victorian houses, which still exist. In the distance is Crowndale Court, a local authority housing block in Werrington Street, later renamed as part of Chalcot Street.
