Description
The front elevations of terraced houses in Ampton Street, King's Cross, centred on number 33, the former home of Thomas Carlyle, as recorded on the wall by an LCC brown plaque. Built in 1819-23 by Thomas Cubitt, numbers 21-39 (odd) and their railings were listed Grade II in 1971, listing number 1246998.
