A view along Ampton Street, King's Cross, from Gray's Inn Road, with numbers 274 and 276 Gray's Inn Road either side of the junction. Male pedestrians on each side, one carrying a shopping bag, seem about to cross Ampton Street. Number 276 is an off licence, number 274 seems to be an unoccupied shop and scaffolding has been used to support its flank wall. Both have residential accommodation on upper floors. A Mini van and other vehicles are parked in Ampton Street, which has parking meters. The junction is controlled by traffic lights. The wall of number 276 has four large format posters including one for Cinderella at the London Palladium with Ronnie Corbett, Clodagh Rodgers, Terry Scott and David Kossoff.
