Description
A view of front elevations of terraced houses at 13-21 Ampton Street (odd) King's Cross. Numbers 13-19 have substantial porticoes. Numbers 13 and 15 appear unoccupied with ground-floor windows boarded up and first and second-floor windows smashed. The side wall of number 18 Ampton Street is seen at the right of the picture. Built in 1819-23 by Thomas Cubitt, numbers 21-39 (odd) and their railings were listed Grade II in 1971, listing number 1246998. Built by William Cubitt in 1835-9, numbers 11-19 (odd) and their railings were listed Grade II in 1971, listing numbers: 1246996 and 1246995.
