"Clytemnestra"; murdered her husband, Agamemnon when he returned from the Trojan War and also his lover, Cassandra. As well as the motive of jealousy for her husband's infidelity, Clytemnestra was also taking revenge for Agamemnon's sacrifice of their daughter Iphigenia. In response to this act her son, Orestes killed Clytemnestra.
