Description
View of the front elevation of the four-storey terrace house 25 Welbeck Street, Marylebone. Welbeck Street was named after Welbeck Abbey in Nottinghamshire, seat of William Bentinck, 2nd Duke of Portland who owned the area and redeveloped it in the second half of the eighteenth century. The image shows a square headed doorway on the left with cast-iron high window box holders on the first floor and cast-iron railings on the ground floor.
