A view of the front elevation of 33 Marylebone Lane, Marylebone. A four-storey, 1860s stuccoed house with two pedimented sash windows on second and third storeys, and attic windows in a mansard roof above a prominent cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Attewell Newsagent. The shop window has two illuminated signs, 'Newsagent' and 'Confectioners'. Magazines, including Motor magazine, She, Cosmopolitan and Vogue, are on display, and advertisements in the window include one for Gordon Fraser Christmas cards. There are handwritten signs advertising discount prices on cigarettes. An illuminated sign attached to the brickwork reads: 'Wills Castella Cigars'.
