Description
View of St Botolph's Church Hall, Bishopsgate, City of London. A Grade II listed, singley-storey classical building built of red brick and Portland stone, it served as a Hall for the Worshipful Company of Fanmakers. The figures visible in the niches represent charity children. They used to be painted every year by schoolchildren, but have now been restored and stripped of paint and, due to theft attempts, moved inside the hall and replaced by modern replicas.
