Front elevation of 19 Broad Street, Ratcliff, looking north. A boy stands in front of the Park Cafe in a coat. The proprietor of the cafe is G. Wardell, licensed to sell tobacco and cigarettes. In the cafe front window are signs for Teas; Sandwiches; Craven A cigarettes; Oxo. In the narrow road beside the cafe in Glasshouse Fields is a workshop. A carpenter's saw horse is outside the cafe. In the front elevation wall four holes have been made in the brickwork.
